Homemade gnocchi with cheese sauce

To make the gnocchis, boil the potatoes until they are soft, remove them from the water and mix them with the flour until a homogeneous dough is formed. We make churros and with a knife we will cut and we will make the balls of the thickness we want, I use the tip of my thumb as a measure.

We boil water with a spoonful of salt, when it boils introduce the gnocchis and when they are ready they will float...Remove them as they float.

In the meantime, heat the cream with the cheeses in a frying pan, if you can think of an extra ingredient (onion for example), cook it before and mix it with the cream and the cheeses afterwards, season with salt and pepper and mix with the gnocchis when they are ready.
