Cut the pork tenderloin into small pieces. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Marinate it in a frying pan with EVOO.

Add the tomato in small pieces and the frozen peas. When the peas are thawed (approximately 3 minutes), add the rice and stir. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Add twice the amount of water or broth and, when it boils, cover and reduce the heat to the minimum.
