Heat the milk with the lemon zest, orange zest, cinnamon stick and a little cinnamon powder. Infuse for 5 to 7 minutes.

Remove the citrus zest and dip the chopped stale bread into the warm milk.

Preheat the oven to 190° up and down. Add 5 eggs and the sweetener and beat the mixture until smooth.

Grease a baking pan and bake the mixture in the oven for 25 minutes.

Let it cool for 10 minutes and decorate with a mixture of cinnamon powder and stevia on top.
