For the dough: Mix 280mL of warm water with 5g of dry baker's yeast. Add 400g of whole wheat flour, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 10g of salt. Knead Let stand for 2 hours

Assembly of the rolls: Roll out the dough in a rectangular shape. Put fried tomato base and ingredients to taste (in my case tuna, turkey and oregano). Roll up and cut into portions

Oven: Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25-30 mins And you're done! Enjoy!!!💙
