Boil the potatoes a little with a little salt. Leave them on the fire for about 3 minutes while the water boils and take them out. Cut them into slices and place them as a base and season to taste. (I cook them a little so that they are not stiff when the chicken is ready).

Season the chicken to taste. I used salt, onion, garlic, pepper and basil.

Place the chicken on the tray on top of the potatoes and add a drizzle of oil.

Oven at 200 about 30 minutes. It will depend on each oven. I've had some potatoes burnt a little 馃か.
