First of all, grate the potato and zucchini and cut the onion and bell pepper into very small pieces.

In a frying pan with EVOO, fry the onion, when it is almost ready add the bell pepper and fry it for 3-4 minutes. Then we add the potato and then the zucchini for 2 minutes.

Once the vegetables are ready, let them warm up. When it is not so hot, add the flour and the spices to taste (garlic, oregano and salt in my case).

Finally we make the hamburgers with the dough. Here you have two options, either put them in a pan and finish cooking or freeze them for another day.
