Peel the garlic, crush it with the garlic crusher (or chop it into very small pieces) and "spread" it on the sliced bread.

Heat a frying pan. Place the two slices, sprinkle grated cheese on top, parsley and chili flakes. Cover so that the cheese melts.

Once melted, turn off the heat and remove the garlic bread. And enjoy! It is perfect as an appetizer or side dish.
