Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Cook them together with the broccoli in a pot with water over medium-high heat for about 10-15 minutes (it should be cooked but not overcooked). Drain.

Blend the broccoli and the potatoes with the help of a pair of sticks, so that it is very partially mashed.

Chop the leek and cook, with a pinch of salt, in a frying pan with oil over medium heat. Add the previous mixture to the pan and stir to integrate.

Add the cream and mozzarella. Stir until everything is well integrated. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Place medallion-shaped portions on a baking sheet with non-stick baking paper (you can use a mold or shape it with a spoon).
