Mix the flour and baking powder in a bowl. The whole wheat flour should not be sifted as it would lose its benefits.

Add the oil and cinnamon. Add the milk little by little while stirring. When well blended, crack the egg and stir to incorporate.

To sweeten, we will make date paste. It is very simple, just put the pitted dates in a blender, add a little water and blend until it becomes a paste. You can add more water if you need it. It has to be a thick and well crushed paste, although if you add more water and you have more liquid, it does not pass anything, you can use it the same. When the paste is ready, incorporate and mix.

Place the muffin tins on parchment paper on the baking sheet. Use a piping bag or a spoon to fill the muffin tins (about 2/3 of each muffin tin). Place 7 blueberries on top of each one.

Bake at 180° (previously preheated) for 15-18 minutes.
