Chestnut and portobellos cream with thyme

✔️ Skewer the chestnuts and roast them for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°.

✔️ Sauté the onion with the portobellos and the spices (I put 1/3 teaspoon of pepper, a teaspoon of thyme and a pinch of salt). When they are golden brown add the wine and the broth and let it reduce for 10 minutes or while you peel the chestnuts.

✔️ Blend everything until it is a homogeneous cream. If you like it less thick you can add more broth or water.

✔️ To decorate I left some sliced mushrooms, put soy yogurt, a sprig of fresh thyme for flavoring and dried thyme. ✔️ And so easy, it is very, very tasty, so I hope you like it! ❤️
