Whole wheat pasta with tuna 🐟

Boil the pasta according to the instructions (usually 9-10min in 1L of water per 100g).

To prepare our sauce: in a frying pan we poach (over low heat) with a little olive oil the chopped tomato, onion and carrot. Add salt and pepper to taste.

When our sauce is ready, remove from the heat and add the tuna (2 cans, in total 120g drained) and the pasta. Stir.

Place in an ovenproof dish, crumble the mozzarella on top and gratinate for 5 minutes. Enjoy! 🍝
