CARROT CAKE🥕😍🥕😍. Hello Realfooders💚 we continue with the bizcochos👩🍳👩🍳 we had never tried carrot and the truth is that the taste is especially good we hope you like it!😊👌 🔸Carrot 🔸Yogurt + natural proteins 🔸Milled almonds 🔸3 free range eggs 🔸Dates (4 pcs.) 🔸Oatmeal, ground 🔸Powdered yeast (1 pc.) 🔸Cinnamon (2 tsp.) ⏩PREPARATION 1️⃣Dejamos soak the dates in hot water (15 min approx)💧 while we grind the carrot, and mix it in the bowl with the eggs, yogurt, ground almonds and dates, also add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a few teaspoons of cinnamon😜. 2️⃣En another bowl mix 200g of oat flour with a sachet of yeast and sift it💡(a trick we have recently learned that greatly improves the cakes 👌)to add it to the wet mixture 🙌. 3️⃣Tras mix all the ingredients, we grease in a rectangular mold with a little coconut oil🥥 and pour the mixture.
