Banana pancakes with Nocilla Realfood

First we mash the banana with a fork. The riper it is, the sweeter our pancakes will be.

Add the oat flour, the yeast and the glass of milk. Then we mix everything with the help of a whisk until we have a homogeneous and not very liquid mixture.

We heat the pan well and with the help of a saucepan we pour the batter according to the amount per pancake we want. I use a little butter so they don't stick together.

Let it cook until bubbles appear, then carefully turn it over and let it cook a little longer, without letting it burn.
