Sauté the vegetables and add the drained lentils, add a splash of white wine. When it evaporates, add the paprika and then the crushed tomato. Let it sauté for a few minutes until the carrot is to your liking. Salt to taste

Meanwhile cook the potatoes in water and mash as you like, in my case I put a little butter but this part is optional and you can put EVOO to make it a vegan recipe with salt and pepper.

Once the 2 preparations are done. Put in a tray, first the sofrito with the lentils and on top the puree. Spread well and put a little garlic powder on top.
