Dough: 1. Sift the flour 2. Add the salt, oil and water. 3. Knead until it is compact 4. Make a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and let it rest for half an hour in the refrigerator.

In a bowl, mix the eggs, the beaten fresh cheese, nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste.

Add the tuna, olives, sofrito and a little mozzarella to the bowl.

We roll out the dough and spread it in our mold, bake it for about 10' at 180º, while we mix the ingredients.

Add the mixture, cover with mozzarella and garnish. .

Bake 15' at 180º degrees, let it rest for a while and it's ready.
