Grate or chop the cucumbers. I prefer to grate them but if they are chopped, it should be very fine. Once chopped or grated, we pass them through a strainer, where we will drain them by squeezing. They should be as dry as possible. You can also pass them through kitchen paper once they have been drained.

Mix with the other ingredients. Put in a container and cover. Ideally it should be consumed cold, so it should be left at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator. It can last up to two days in the refrigerator.
