Cut the onion into small pieces and put it in a paella pan with oil, when it is golden brown add the finely chopped garlic and a little salt. Leave it over medium-low heat until it is golden and soft.

Mash the broccoli and add the two eggs, a pinch of salt and grated cheese (the one you like best, emental, mozzarella, goat cheese,...).

Put the dough in a bowl and add the poached onion and garlic.

Mix with a spatula and start making balls. In the middle of two balls put the slice of cheese (the one you like best) without letting it come out and make the shape of a hamburger.
