Grind all the ingredients with the help of a hand blender.

Put the mixture in a microwave safe container. In my case in an earthenware casserole (like my teacher Marisa). Put the container in the microwave for about 2 and a half minutes, pausing every 40 seconds to stir. Depending on the microwave the time may be slightly modified.

Once the texture changes, it will be a sign that it is ready to be packaged (I wanted to leave it in the casserole) but we can put it in bowls or earthenware/glass cups.

Refrigerate for two hours. When serving you can sprinkle a little matcha tea, grated coconut or the combination that I liked the most was with pure cocoa.
