🍅 STEPS First of all, we are going to put our slices to cook (2-3 min) and we are going to leave them in a little tray to later make our cannelloni. We put the oven at 180º, heat up and down. We begin to make the béchamel sauce. Add the butter and when it is melted, add the flour and stir until it changes its color to a more toasted or blond color. Then (with the warm milk) we start to add it to the mixture and stir. Finally, season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Now we begin to make the rolls. The cannelloni sheet, the bolognese sauce filling and into the baking tray. Then we spread the béchamel sauce on top. Finally we sprinkle the grated cheese on top and oregano and take it to the oven. About 30 minutes with heat from above and below and 5 minutes only with heat from above (grill function). And readyooooooooooooooo! 🤗🤩🥳
