Mix a tablespoon of cornstarch in a little water and add to the bowl, add a heaping tablespoon of honey, soy, the juice of an orange and a pinch of salt, put it in a saucepan and mix until you get the desired texture, turn off the heat and set aside.

Cut the carrot, leek and onion, put a few drops of oil in a frying pan and sauté.

We will make some cuts in the lean duck but without reaching the end, just to make a little inside, we mark the duck about 3 or 4min on each side (if you do much duck will be hard, I advise you to do it little so that it is juicy).
