Wash the potatoes, cut them in half (so that they are cooked first), and wrap each piece with a bit of aluminum foil.

Bake them in the oven at 260°C for 35-40 minutes (until they are soft when pierced).

To prepare the sour cream, mix the cream, lime juice, vinegar and a little salt. And keep it in the refrigerator.

When the potatoes are cooked, remove the paper and cut them in half again.

Add the grated mozzarella and the diced ham and bake again to gratinate the cheese (8-10 min.).

Let it warm up a little and add the sour cream just before you start to eat.
