Cut the onion and garlic and fry well with oil. Meanwhile, peel and cut the potato and the carrot.

Meanwhile, in a separate pot boil the green beans (10 minutes), and when ready, pass them through the frying pan.

Add the beans to the pot along with the potatoes, carrot, bell pepper and onion. Stir.

Once the potatoes are soft (check with a knife by pricking them until they are soft), remove from the heat and serve.

If the potato is not done and we have run out of water, add another glass.
