The first thing we have to take into account are the cooking times. So the first thing we are going to do is to preheat the oven to 200 grams and peel our potatoes with a thickness of about half a centimeter. Once peeled, add salt, thyme and rosemary, a dash of Aove and put them in the oven for 10 minutes. We take them out once the time has passed and put them back in for another ten minutes.

Peel the onion in julienne and the bell pepper and add to the potatoes. Put in the oven for 15 minutes.

The next step is to peel the tomato in slices. And place together with the sea bass that previously will be open without bones and we have introduced (if we want a few slices of lemon) once we have everything we put another splash of oil and put 10 minutes in the oven.

Once our 10 minutes are up, we turn the sea bass over and put it back in for another 10 minutes.

We retire and now it's our turn to enjoy!!!! 🥰
