In a saucepan, brown the garlic and set aside. Fry the onion, zucchini and mushrooms. When it is done, add the garlic and the rice to mark it.

Add the chicken broth and increase the heat to medium-high. Add salt and pepper to taste.

When the rice is almost done, add a splash of milk (this is optional, but I personally like it because it makes it creamier).
