Chop the onion and the 3 peppers into very small pieces.

Cut the eggplants in half and empty them with a spoon.

Mix the contents of the eggplants together with the peppers and onion in a mincer for a few minutes.

We marinate the chicken breast with lemon, oregano, garlic and salt, then we cut it into pieces.

In a frying pan,over medium heat and with a drizzle of olive oil,add the mixture obtained from the mincer.let it fry for 3 min and then add the chicken breast.let it fry for another 5 min and remove from the heat.

Divide the contents of the pan between each of the eggplant halves.

Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
