Soak the rice for 30 minutes. The oil together with the onion, garlic and ginger in a pot until soft.

Lower the heat to the minimum and toast the spices for 2 minutes. Add the flour and cook for another minute.

Strain if you prefer the sauce without pieces. Drain the water from the rice and boil 300 ml of water, when it boils lower the heat to the minimum, add the rice and leave covered for 10 minutes.

Grill the breasts well toasted with paprika and black pepper. Remove the rice from the heat and let it rest for 10 more minutes without opening.

Cut the breast into strips, serve the rice and the sañsa on top.
