We make the homemade mayonnaise by putting the egg in a glass of mini primer, the garlic and a pinch of salt. Add the EVOO little by little while whisking until it thickens.

Cut some cucumber slices and separate them. In a bold, add the can of tuna, the crushed hard-boiled egg and one or two spoonfuls of mayonnaise. Mix well. Note: you can add green olives but as I didn't have any, I left it like this.

We assemble the sandwich: piece of cucumber, pasta, piece of cucumber. And enjoy!
