Cut the tofu into small cubes and place in a frying pan over medium heat with black pepper, curry, sweet paprika, cumin, Himalayan salt and EVOO.

When the tofu has colored, add the chickpeas (previously washed) and add another splash of EVOO.

Make a grilled egg (I always get it wrong 馃樄) and put it together with the chickpeas and tofu.
