We will need cooked chickpeas (they can be canned or cooked in a pot), which we will drain removing all the liquid with a strainer and we will put them on a tray or plate with absorbent paper until they are dry.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Meanwhile, put all the chickpeas on a baking tray with parchment paper or greased with oil, making sure they are separated.

Now comes the moment that depends on each one. We can add spices, or simply oil, salt and parsley, Mediterranean style.

Put the tray in the oven and cook for 30 minutes at 200 degrees. Take out and ready!
