Peel two frying potatoes, a not very big pumpkin and two carrots. We cook everything in boiling salted water for about 15-20 minutes. Drain the water and leave to cool.

Add a quantity of water that does not completely cover the ingredients and a dash of extra virgin olive oil. We beat with the help of a blender until we get a creamy texture without lumps. We can add more or less water depending on the texture we want to achieve.

Toast a few pieces of whole wheat bread to accompany the puree and it is ready to serve!
