Macaroni with mushroom sauce

We put the mushrooms to hydrate, (I use mushrooms that I buy from a woman who is dedicated to it) while we cut the half onion and put it in oil to poach and white wine.

Drain and wash the mushrooms well in case there are any remains of soil. Add half of them to the pan and sauté.

Boil the pasta for 9 minutes.

Sauté the rest of the mushrooms. Set aside.

Heat the glass of milk in the microwave and add the onion and mushrooms, salt to taste and pepper. Grind.

Drain the pasta, add the sauce, mushrooms and Parmesan. Stir. Serve and ready.
