Mix the oat flour with the water, oil, seeds and water. Knead and put in a cake pan. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.

Chop the vegetables and cook in a frying pan, together with the mushrooms and tuna. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

In a bowl, mix the eggs with the oat milk, add the vegetables and mix.

Pour the whole mixture of eggs, milk and vegetables on top of the dough. Crumble the feta cheese on top.
