Sauté the mushrooms with the oil and chopped garlic. I buy in the Lidl a package with several kinds of mushrooms and they are delicious. Season with salt and pepper. When they are ready I turn off the heat and add the shrimps, stir and set aside.

For the false mayonnaise we cook the 3 eggs and then we beat the 3 yolks of the eggs, the beaten fresh cheese, a dash of lemon, salt, pepper and a garlic. The lemon can be replaced by apple vinegar and no garlic. It depends on how you like it.

Put the hake loins in a baking dish with the skin side down. I put a little tomato sauce on the bottom of the dish so that it does not stick and is juicier. Add the sautéed mushrooms and shrimp on top. And finally the mayonnaise.

Place in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 20-25 minutes and that's it!
