Mix in a bowl all the dry ingredients: the chosen flour (it can be oat flour, pulse flour, whole wheat flour...), the grated coconut, the ground almonds, the pure cocoa powder and the baking powder. We can add a little cinnamon.

In another bowl, beat the egg with the milk and olive oil. Add this mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well until you have a homogeneous dough. Add the milk at the end, little by little, until the dough is firm.

Preheat the oven to 180ºC. The dough must be moldable to make small balls that we will place on a baking tray with parchment paper, pressing lightly.

Bake for about 15-20 minutes, until firm to the touch. Let them cool on a wire rack and enjoy!
