In one case we boil the eggs for 10 minutes. Let them cool. Cut them in half and remove the yolk.

In a bowl, chop the yolks, add a can of drained tuna, a spoonful of cheese spread, two spoonfuls of crushed natural tomato, a piece of chopped onion and season with salt and pepper.

Mix everything together and fill the eggs with the mixture. Garnish with a little avocado on top and that's it.
