Tajin with cucumber, chicken and couscous

Cut the chicken and the bell pepper into strips. - Cut the cucumber in half and cut in 4 parts. - Cut the garlic clove in half and remove the germ (in the center). - Cut the parsley leaves into very small pieces.

In a bowl put 8-9 tablespoons of oil with the spices, salt and mix well with a spoon.

Put the tajin or pot over low heat, put half of the oil mixture with spices. - Add the chicken with salt and pepper and sear on both sides for 3 minutes.

Add the garlic, bell pepper and black olives and mix. Place the cucumber on top of the preparation throughout the recipe for 10 minutes.

Grate a tomato with a mandolin and add it to the tajin with the parsley (the cucumber should never touch the bottom). Cook for 20 minutes over low heat

- Heat a glass of water in the microwave oven to boiling point - In a bowl put the glass of hot water and add a glass of couscous with salt and oil. Stir the bowl and let it stand for 3 minutes. Then with the help of a fork you have to crumble it.

- Remove the food from the tajin, separating the cucumbers and on the other side the rest. - To decorate make a circle with the couscous, the mixture in the center and the cucumber on top of the couscous.
