The first thing to clarify is that I have put most of the generic products because it doesn't matter which brand you use. Oat flour can also be flavored, whatever you have on hand is fine ☺.

First cut the apple into small cubes and separate into two 100g piles.

Add in a blender glass 100g of apple, 50g of QFB and cinnamon to taste, I advise you to add a lot. Once you have everything, blend and set aside.

In another microwave-safe bowl, mix the 50g of oat flour, the 5g of yeast, the egg and the 250g of egg whites. Mix well and add more cinnamon to the mixture.

In the bowl with the flour we add the first mixture that we had reserved and mix everything well. Now it is time to add the 100g of apple and if you want a little more cinnamon.

We put the container in the microwave for 10 minutes... It's ready! 🙌🏻

In step 5 you can add other products such as pure cocoa, dried fruits, etc. This is up to the consumer's taste 😉. My advice is that if you don't use flavored oatmeal, add yellow apple which is usually sweeter and either cinnamon or cocoa. ❤
