For the hamburger (from 1 breast I made 2 burguers) 1. Chop the chicken breast. 2. Grate the carrot. 3. Add the salt, pepper, onion and the onion of your choice and mix. 4. Place them in a frying pan with a little EVOO. 5. I have put some semi-cured cheese on top to melt it.
