Red lentil pasta with vegetables 🥕🥒

Preparación de la receta

Put in a saucepan with water and salt to boil, when boiling pour the pasta and leave for 10 minutes to leave al dente if you want more tender leave longer.

In the meantime, we cut the vegetables into small pieces

Drain the pasta and set aside on a plate, and in the same bowl put a dash of oil and sauté first the onion with the mushrooms.

After they are browned, add the rest of the vegetables and sauté.

Add the pasta and half a glass of water, add spices to taste (I put oregano and salt).

Leave with the lid closed on low heat for about 5m to absorb the water and to get the flavor.
