Preparación de la receta
1
Chop a garlic and an onion and fry it in olive oil. When it is soft, add the minced meat and season with salt and pepper. When the meat is done add a small chopped tomato and let it melt. If it is not doughy enough we add fried tomato. Let it rest
2
Meanwhile we make the béchamel sauce. Melt butter and fry the flour a little to remove the uncooked taste. When it starts to clump, add milk and stir constantly until it thickens. Make as much as you want (better if there is enough). It looks great if you add a little nutmeg and salt.
3
Cut the peppers (they can be green or red or any color you like) in half and fill them with the meat. Pour the béchamel sauce over them until they are well filled and add a lot of grated cheese on top.
4
Bake in the oven until golden brown and enjoy! It is good to put the peppers in the oven before stuffing them a little bit so that they are not hard.
