Cut the vegetables and the seitan into cubes. Put the vegetables in a frying pan with a spoonful of EVOO and wait for them to soften a little.

Once the vegetables are soft, put the seitan in the pan and add the curry.

When the seitan is more or less done and fused with the vegetables and curry, add the glass of broth and bring to a boil.

Wait for the broth to reduce over medium heat and remove to taste depending on how much liquid you want it to be
