Hydrate the texturized soybeans in water for 20 minutes.

While the soy is hydrating, cut the bell pepper into short strips and the carrot into slices.

Put the vegetables in the pan with a little oil, garlic and onion powder, pepper and salt to taste. Cook over medium heat and cover until it is poached.

Add the texturized soy, mix with the vegetables and when hot add a dash of fried tomato. Ready.
