First of all, we prepare the minced meat that will serve as a base. We put to grind : - 1/4 of a medium onion. - 1 whole tomato. - The tip of a green bell pepper. - 1 spoonful and a half more of garlic powder. - 1 tablespoon of salt. - 1/2 tablespoon of pepper. - 1/2 glass of water. Crush well and reserve.

Chop the carrot, 1/2 onion and the rest of the bell pepper. We put it in the pan until the vegetables are half done 5-7 min.

Add the rice and cook for about 5 minutes, add the minced meat and the curry, cook for about 5 more minutes or until the water is almost evaporated.

Add the necessary amount of water. It is always the double of the amount of cups of rice that we put: 4 cups of rice = 8 cups of water. Let it cook over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes. If we cook it without the lid, it will be done sooner.

Finally, let stand for about 5 minutes with the fire off and covered.
