Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

Pour the dough in small portions in a non-stick frying pan lightly greased with EVOO. It is ideal to keep the fire at medium power so that they cook without burning.

As toppings I used natural unsweetened yogurt mixed with homemade blueberry jam, for which you need: 300 gr of blueberries (I use frozen). 100 gr of previously hydrated dates. 80 ml of water. Put all the ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil. When the juice begins to thicken, it will be the moment to remove from the fire and grind. Let it cool and keep it in a glass jar with a lid.
