Cut the onion very thinly and put it in the pan with a few drops of oil over low heat for about 40 minutes. Stir it from time to time.

On the pizza base we put fresh cheese beaten to taste. Add the onion, spices (I used oregano and basil) and diced zucchini. Place a few slices of fresh mozzarella on top. If you like, you can change the mozzarella for goat cheese, it is also very good.

We put the pizza in the preheated oven for as long as our dough needs. I left it for 25 minutes at 200° with heat up and down until the edges were toasted.
