Put in a bowl the coconut oil and milk of your choice (oat, spelt, cow's milk...).

Mix it and add the ground oats and (optional) flavored protein or other sweetener, salt and yeast.

Knead until you get a texture that we can shape and stretch it without sticking.

Roll out the dough and make it thin with a rolling pin and cut the cookies with a glass or a mold.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180C, with an approximate duration of 20 minutes (depending on the oven).
