Mash the banana with a fork and mix with the flour, soy beverage and yeast.

Add the salt and stir to mix well.

Divide the mixture into two parts. Reserve one and in the other one add a spoonful of cocoa powder and stir.

Grease two small glasses and pour a little cocoa mixture and a little cocoa-free mixture into each one so that it is layered. Put half an ounce of chocolate on top and crush a little.

Microwave each cup for 1'40" and let stand for a few seconds before unmolding.
