Take a jar of cooked chickpeas and empty it in a container (If you soak them the day before and cook them yourself [2h] they will be much better).

add half the juice of half a lemon

add a tablespoon of tahini

add 1 small clove of garlic

add half an onion

add paprika and cumin to taste and a couple of tablespoons of EVOO.

Blend it with the mini blender until it is a smooth

You can eat it with carrot crudités, cucumber, whatever you want! Or with toasted bread! Enjoy!
