Grind the almonds and oat flakes. Add the dates and the butter at room temperature to the mixture. Create a dough that will be our cake base and transfer it to our mold.

Combine the phildelphia cheese, the Burgos cheese and the parmesan cheese with the eggs and the cream. We beat everything until it is a mixture without lumps. In this step we can add erythritol (70 gr) but in my case I have not added anything, as I love the taste of cheese. We put the mixture in the mold on the previously prepared base.

Put the cake in the oven (preheated to 180°) and bake for 45 minutes (depending on the oven).

Although I know it is difficult, it is necessary to let it cool for at least an hour. And enjoy 😍
