In a frying pan with a few drops of oil, sauté the tofu until golden brown. Set aside. In the same pan, sauté the vegetables with a few spoonfuls of soy and the rest of the ginger. When they are to taste add the tofu and a little water from cooking the noodles to make it less dry.

Once we have all the vegetables and tofu add the noodles. Stir and leave it for two minutes over medium heat. And enjoy!
